Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Parived Technologies Private Limited ("Parived", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and deletes personal data when you visit parived.com or contact us through it. It is written to meet our obligations under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act") and the rules made under it.
1. Who we are
Parived Technologies Private Limited is a company incorporated in India.
Registered office: 511, 3rd A Main Road, Sharadamba Nagar, Muthyala Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560054, India.
For the purposes of the DPDP Act, Parived is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy.
2. What personal data we collect
We collect personal data only when you choose to give it to us by submitting a form on the Get Started page. We do not buy personal data, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Please do not include sensitive personal information (for example, health or financial details, or government identity numbers) in any form or attachment. We do not need it.
Technical data. When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in server logs for security and reliability. We do not use this to identify you.
3. Why we use it
We use your personal data only for the purpose for which you gave it:
- to respond to your enquiry and discuss how we may help;
- to evaluate a proposed partnership, collaboration or other engagement;
- to evaluate your application for a role at Parived.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with anyone for their own marketing. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Consent
We process the personal data you submit on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the form. A form cannot be submitted without it.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to privacy@parived.com. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Once you withdraw, we will stop using your data and delete it, except where the law requires us to keep it (see Section 6). Withdrawal does not affect anything done with your data before you withdrew.
5. Where your data goes
We use a small number of service providers to operate this website. They process your data only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us.

Transfers outside India. Some of these providers process data outside India, including in the United States. We transfer personal data outside India only as permitted under Section 16 of the DPDP Act.
Fonts. This site loads its typeface from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Google's own privacy policy applies to that connection.
WhatsApp. If you tap a "Buy" button on our Accura page, you leave this site and open WhatsApp, operated by Meta. Anything you send us on WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy as well as this one.
6. How long we keep it

If an enquiry leads to a business relationship, the records of that relationship are then kept under our contract with you and the applicable law. We may keep data longer only where a law requires it.
7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update inaccurate or incomplete data;
- have your data erased, unless we are required by law to keep it;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity;
- raise a grievance with us, and, if you are not satisfied with our response, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@parived.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We aim to respond within 30 days.

9. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not set cookies of its own. If that changes, we will update this policy before it does.
10. Children
This website is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. Please do not submit a form if you are under 18. If we learn that we have received personal data from a child, we will delete it.
11. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, restricted access to our inbox, and keeping our service-provider credentials out of public code. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify affected individuals and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
