1. Who we are

Parived Technologies Private Limited is a company incorporated in India.

Registered office: 511, 3rd A Main Road, Sharadamba Nagar, Muthyala Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560054, India.

2. What this site is for

The site describes Parived's solutions, platform and products, and lets you contact us about an enquiry, a collaboration or a role.

Information on the site is provided for general information. Nothing on the site is a binding offer, a quotation, or a guarantee of any outcome, price, performance or timeline. Any engagement with Parived is governed by a separate written agreement.

3. No investment solicitation

Nothing on this site, including the "Invest or collaborate" form, is:

• an offer or invitation to subscribe to or purchase securities;
• a prospectus or private placement offer; or
• a solicitation of investment under the Companies Act, 2013, regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India, or any other applicable law.

Any discussion about investment that follows from a submission will take place only through separate, formal documentation and due diligence, and only in compliance with applicable law.

4. Our products

Accura. Plan prices on the Accura page are shown in Indian Rupees. Tapping "Buy" opens a WhatsApp conversation with us; it does not complete a purchase. The final price, applicable taxes and the terms of your subscription are confirmed in writing, in the invoice or agreement issued at the time of purchase.

ProposInt and other products. Access to ProposInt and our other products is subject to approval and to the terms provided at the time access is granted. These Terms of Use cover the site only.

5. Information you send us

When you submit a form or attach a file, you confirm that:

• the information is accurate and is yours to share;
• you have the right to share any file you attach, and it does not infringe anyone's rights;
• it contains no malicious code, and you are not submitting it to test, disrupt or misuse the site.

Confidentiality. We treat the business information in your enquiry with care and use it only to respond to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting a form does not, by itself, create a confidentiality agreement. If you need to share commercially sensitive information, please ask us first, and we will put a non-disclosure agreement in place before you do.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system;
• send spam, automated submissions or bulk messages through our forms;
• copy, scrape or harvest content or data from the site by automated means.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the site, including text, graphics, product names, the Parived name and logo, and the site's design, belongs to Parived Technologies Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and share links to the site for your own reference. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from its content without our prior written permission.

8. Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party services, such as WhatsApp, and to our separately hosted products. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

9. No warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of the site or its content, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Parived shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
